Refunds

Two things are sold here, both through a merchant of record who handles payment, tax and delivery: the supporter pack, and the membership.

The policy

If you bought the supporter pack or paid for membership and want your money back, for any reason, within thirty days of that payment, email [email protected] with the order reference and it will be refunded in full. No questions, no form. Refunds are issued through the merchant of record to the original payment method and usually appear within five to ten working days.

After thirty days

Email anyway. If something was wrong with what you received, it will be put right.
