Refunds

Everything on this site is free. The only thing sold is the supporter pack, and it is sold through a merchant of record who handles payment, tax and delivery.

The policy

If you bought the supporter pack and want your money back, for any reason, within thirty days, email hello@thekeyhabit.com with the order reference and it will be refunded in full. No questions, no form. Refunds are issued through the merchant of record to the original payment method and usually appear within five to ten working days.

After thirty days

Email anyway. If something was wrong with what you received, it will be put right.
